At Preplaced, we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances or conflicting schedules can arise, making it necessary to reschedule a mentoring session. To ensure that you can manage your sessions effectively, we offer an easy and flexible process for rescheduling your sessions. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to reschedule a mentoring session at Preplaced:

**👣 Step 1: Go to your upcoming sessions: On the left-hand side of the screen, select "My Sessions." From the drop-down menu, select "Upcoming Sessions."**

**👣 Step 2: Reschedule your session: Find the session you want to reschedule and click on the "Reschedule Session" button in red color.**

**👣 Step 3: Select a new date and time: Choose a new date and time that works for you and click "Confirm Booking."**

**👣 Step 4: Inform your mentor: After rescheduling your session, use the chat feature on your Preplaced dashboard to inform your mentor of the new time and date. This will help ensure that your mentor is aware of the change and can prepare accordingly.**
