# Leeco Refund Policy

At **Leeco AI**, we believe users should have enough time to evaluate whether our product is the right fit for them. To enable this, we offer a **trial period** during which users can explore the platform with no financial risk. Please read the policy below carefully to understand how refunds and cancellations work.

### **1. Trial Period**

* Leeco AI offers a **7-day or 30-day free trial** (as applicable to your selected plan).
* During the trial period:
  * You may **cancel your subscription at any time**.
  * **No charges will be applied** if you cancel before the trial ends.
  * No questions will be asked.
* All AI usage and infrastructure costs during the trial are **fully borne by Leeco AI**, allowing you to evaluate the product fairly and transparently.

### **2. Subscription Charges After Trial**

* Once the trial period ends:
  * Your selected subscription plan will be **automatically charged**.
  * This marks the **start of your paid subscription**.

### **3. Refund Policy (Post-Trial)**

* **No refunds will be provided once a subscription charge has been processed.**
* This applies to:
  * Monthly plans
  * Annual plans
  * Any renewal payments already completed
* We do **not offer partial refunds**, prorated refunds, or refunds for unused time once the subscription has started.

Leeco AI incurs real-time AI computation, infrastructure, and licensing costs immediately upon subscription activation. The trial period exists specifically to help users decide before committing.

### **4. Subscription Cancellation**

* You may **cancel your subscription at any time after payment**.
* Cancellation will:
  * Stop **all future billing**
  * Allow continued access **until the end of the current billing cycle**
* No additional charges will be made after cancellation.

### **5. Refund Exclusions**

Refunds will **not** be issued for:

* Forgetting to cancel before the trial ends
* Lack of usage after payment
* Change of mind after subscription activation
* Temporary service dissatisfaction after trial completion
* Accidental purchases (unless required by applicable law)

### **6. Disputes & Chargebacks**

* If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated for a subscription that was clearly charged **after the trial period**, Leeco AI reserves the right to:
  * Suspend or terminate the associated account
  * Restrict future access to the platform

### **7. Policy Updates**

Leeco AI reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
