What mentor will do in the LTM?

The goal of the mentor and this mentorship is to help you crack your interviews in your dream company.

To help you achieve this,

• The mentor will first understand your current situation, preparation levels, problems and challenges. They will then help you make a very personalized and customised preparation plan to help you achieve your dream job. This will help you identify your weak areas and anything that could be a hindrance in achieving your goal.

• Then, you and your mentor will meet regularly and discuss on your progress. The number of sessions would vary and it is different from mentor to mentor. These sessions could vary from resume building, concept clearing, practice, skill enhancement, mock interviews and anything that the mentor feels necessary and NEEDS to be done to help you achieve your goal.

• They will share personalised tasks and resources and conduct doubt clearing sessions to keep your preparation on track.

• Continuous evaluations through 1:1 mock interviews, assignments will be done along with feedback so that you can improve. They will ensure that you are preparing the RIGHT way and in the RIGHT direction.

• They will always will be there in chat support to help you clear your doubts.

• Give you job referrals in their company which will increase your chances of getting shortlisted there.
