Have you just created a Weekly Schedule for your mentee, only to find that you couldn't locate your scheduled sessions in the "My Sessions" tab? Don't worry; we're here to clarify how the Scheduler works!
Finding Your Weekly Schedule Sessions
Once you've crafted a schedule, all the sessions within it become accessible through the following steps:
Navigate to 'My LTM Mentees'
Select your mentee's profile
Select the 'Sessions' tab
By following these steps, you'll gain instant access to all the sessions planned within your Weekly Schedule. But why aren't they in the "My Sessions" tab, you may wonder?

The Logic Behind 'My Sessions'
In the "My Sessions" tab, you'll notice that only the next upcoming session with any mentee is readily available. Once you complete that session, our system automatically schedules your next sync-up according to the schedule you've previously created. This newly scheduled session then appears in your "My Sessions" tab.
But why do we manage it this way?
Our primary goal is to keep your "My Sessions" tab as clutter-free as possible. We aim to provide you with a clear view of your latest upcoming sessions with each mentee, as well as notify you when there are no upcoming sessions on the horizon. This design ensures that your "My Sessions" section is focused on these specific actions.
A Closer Look at Mentorship
Because every schedule is tailored to a specific mentee, you can easily view all the sessions within a particular schedule by selecting your mentee's profile. This approach offers deeper context into each mentee's unique situation and allows you to provide more personalized guidance.
