What to do if the mentor did not show up for the session?
At Preplaced, we understand that your time is valuable and we make every effort to ensure that our mentors show up for scheduled sessions on time. However, in case your mentor doesn't show up for a scheduled session within 5-10 minutes of its start time, here are the steps you can take:
Check for any message from the mentor on your dashboard regarding rescheduling 📩. If you find any such message, take note of the new time and date proposed by the mentor and update your schedule accordingly 🗓️.
If you don't find any message from the mentor regarding rescheduling, you can reach out to your relationship manager to inform them about the issue 📞. Our relationship managers are always available to help you resolve any concerns or issues you may have. They will investigate the matter and follow up with the mentor to ensure that this does not happen in the future.
At the same time, you can reschedule the session to a new time and date as per the set availability of the mentor 🗓️. To do so, simply login to your dashboard and go to "My Sessions". Click on "Upcoming Sessions" and select the session that needs to be rescheduled. You will see an option to "Reschedule Session". Click on that and select the new time and date as per the availability of the mentor.
