If you feel that your current mentorship package is not meeting your expectations, don't worry, you have options! Before deciding on a refund and halting your preparation, you can consider changing your mentor and continue with the process. Additionally, you can address any misunderstandings with your mentor to see if adjustments can be made to reiterate the mentorship for you. Here's how you can proceed:

Changing Your Mentor:

  1. Explore the available mentors and select a new mentor who aligns better with your goals and expectations.

  2. Initiate a mentor change request through your dashboard.

Addressing Misunderstandings:

  1. Communicate openly with your current mentor about any issues or misunderstandings.

  2. Work together to find solutions and adjust the mentorship to better suit your needs.

Requesting a Refund: If you still prefer a refund, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "My Subscription" section.

  2. Click on "I need support."

  3. Select "I want a refund."

  4. Follow the prompts to complete the refund process.

Policy:

At Preplaced, we strive to provide our mentees with the best possible experience regarding mentorship and career guidance. However, we understand that sometimes situations arise that may make it necessary for a client to request a refund. Below are the conditions under which we offer a refund:

Refund Eligibility:

Issues Arising from your Side:

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must inform us within 7 days of your first session. However, if you have attended multiple sessions within this 7-day period before notifying us, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • If you request a refund for personal reasons within the first 7 days of starting the package, we'll credit the refund to your Preplaced wallet.

  • If you decide not to continue with the program within 7 days of the first session and did not take a trial with the mentor, a refund can be considered refunded in the Preplaced wallet or bank account.

  • If you cannot complete the tasks given by the mentor due to personal reasons such as a family emergency, medical issue, office workload, modification in the package, change of mentor, or change of plans, a refund can be given in the wallet.

Issues Arising from your Mentor's Side:

  • If the mentor cannot continue the package, we'll credit the refund to your Preplaced wallet or account based on your preference.

  • If the mentor is unavailable to take the session due to personal reasons or if the mentor doesn't show up for two or more sessions without prior notice, a refund can be given to the wallet or bank account based on your preference.

  • If the mentor thinks they can't help the mentee with their specific domain concerning the mentee's goal, a refund can be given in the wallet or bank account based on the Mentee's preference.

Policy for (6+6) Month package:

  • You can only change your mentor within the first 6 months of the package. You will not be allowed to change mentors in the next 6-month package.

  • If you request a refund within the first 6 months of the package, the refund amount will be calculated based on 6 months. This means your total amount paid will be divided by 6 months.

Refund Exclusion:

If you have secured a job or opportunity and no longer wish to continue with the program, please note that you will not be eligible for a refund.

However, if you have subscribed to a multi-month package and have completed a month before getting a job offer in the next month, you may be entitled to a refund of the remaining days. To process the refund, you will need to provide a copy of your job offer letter, which will be reviewed by our team before proceeding with the refund process.

Refund Process:

We will investigate the issue and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution. If approved, refunds will be credited to your Preplaced wallet or bank account. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be visible in your account.
