Refund Policy - Mentee

At Preplaced, we strive to provide our mentees with the best possible experience regarding mentorship and career guidance. However, we understand that sometimes situations arise that may make it necessary for a client to request a refund. Below are the conditions under which we offer a refund:

Refund Eligibility:

Issues Arising from your Side:

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must inform us within 7 days of your first session. However, if you have attended multiple sessions within this 7-day period before notifying us, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • If you request a refund for personal reasons within the first 7 days of starting the package, we'll credit the refund to your Preplaced wallet.

  • Suppose you cannot complete the tasks given by the mentor due to personal reasons such as a family emergency, medical issue, office workload, modification in the package, or any change of plans. In that case, a refund can be given only to the Preplaced wallet.

Issues Arising from your Mentor's Side:

  • If the mentor thinks they can't help the mentee with their specific domain, if you are unsatisfied with your mentor, or if your mentor is no longer available to help you. In such cases, we'll be doing the following: 1.) Refund you the unutilised days in terms of Preplaced coins. 2.) Help you get started with another mentor and assist you in the process until you find the right mentor. 3.) During the mentor change process, we do not compromise on the career journey and the platform performance of the mentor. We just make sure to suggest a mentor of a similar or a lower price range, so that you don't have to pay anything extra.

Policy for (6+6) Month package: (Discontinued now)

  • You can only change your mentor within the first 6 months of the package. You will not be allowed to change mentors in the next 6-month package.

  • If you request a refund within the first 6 months of the package, the refund amount will be calculated based on 6 months. This means your total amount paid will be divided by 6 months.

Refund Exclusion:

If you have secured a job or opportunity and no longer wish to continue with the program, please note that you will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

We will investigate the issue and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution. If approved, refunds will be credited to your Preplaced wallet or bank account. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be visible in your account.
