How to get my session recording at Preplaced?
At Preplaced, we understand the importance of being able to revisit the material covered in your mentoring sessions. That's why we provide you with access to a recording of each session with your mentor, making it easy to review and study the material covered at your own pace. Here's how you can access your meeting recording:
⏳ Wait for the recording to process: After your session with the mentor is complete, please allow at least an hour for the recording to process before accessing it.
📅 Go to "My Sessions": Log in to your Preplaced dashboard and click on "My Sessions" on the left-hand side of the screen.
👀 Check for completed sessions: In the "My Sessions" section, you will find all of your past and upcoming sessions. Look for the completed session that you want to access the recording for.
📝 Fill out the feedback form: Before you can download the recording, you will need to fill out the feedback form for the session. This helps us to continuously improve our services.
📥 Download the recording: Once you have filled out the feedback form, you will see an option to download the recording. Click on the download button, and the recording will be saved to your device.
